EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
FUNDAMENTAL LOW IMPACT PROGRAM / FLIP's - Being released early 2010
The first USAIGC Coaches Educational Program developed by our Educational Director Damon Albert and his committee, an educationally sound Coaches and Athlete Developmental  Program following the goals and objectives of training USAIGC gymnasts. The FLIPs program is an alternative training program with a competitive testing program built in that focuses on the fundamental elements that are the foundation of advanced gymnastics skills and levels. Simply stated, the USAIGC FLIP’s program promotes the concepts of low impact training and active recovery. The sixty-six page manual is complete and an interactive website, created by Chris Aldous will be available on our USAIGC site at the beginning of the New Year..
