USAIGC Club & Athlete Membership Fees & Benefits

USAIGC Club Registration

Club Membership Fees per year, per location from initial anniversary date
$275.00 for all new club registrations per location
$275.00 for
faxed or mailed club (current members) renewals per location
$250.00 for current members
renewing on-line per location 
 

Club Membership fees include all paid instructional and coaching staff. Staff and athlete participation are dependant on the member club being in good standing.  Club membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Club membership covers a 12 month period starting from the initial anniversary date of enrollment.
Club Membership Benefit

1. Club Membership fees include the entire coaching and instructional staff. There are no additional individual membership fees. Note: In following with the NGB/USAG the USAIGC will not allow individuals who have been terminated by the NGB or any other gymnastics group on the competitive floor of any sanctioned USAIGC competition.2. A USAIGC Team Club Page is created for each club member by Gymnasticstats.com that automatically records their team results from USAIGC sanctioned competitions providing the Competition Directors up-load the results to Faststat.com  3. Automatic enrollment in the USAIGC STAPLES Business Advantage Program. This program saves Club Owners money. This information is posted on our web site under Valued Partners.
4. EXCLUSIVE “KIP CLUB AFFILIATE PROGRAM”, another USAIGC Club Membership exclusive money saving and bottom line increasing benefit. What is the DGS 9.9 Kip Club Affiliate Program? A program in which USAIGC members advertise the DGS web site (virtual pre-shop) (http://www.gymsupply.com/) and get paid commissions when a client (the club, parent, gymnast, etc.) buys a product from your special link. Your club receives between a 5% and 12% commission of the cost of every purchased product from your DGS 9.9 link (the size of the commission depends on the merchandise purchased). DGS pays 5% commission on all equipment purchases to non-USAIGC Clubs & 8% commission to all USAIGC Club Members in good standing on equipment purchases placed directly with DGS at 1-800-932-3339 with a valid USAIGC Club Membership Number. This USAIGC benefit gives our Club members an extra 3% commission.       


 

Athlete Membership  - August 1st and ends July 31st each year $30.00 per athlete for on-line athlete registration per competitive season $35.00 per athlete for mail in or faxed athlete registration per competitive season
Athlete Benefits
1. Secondary insurance medical coverage* *Medical Coverage applies only if an athlete is injured during a USAIGC sanctioned event. The coverage is delineated on the athlete registration form. The USAIGC has catastrophic insurance coverage for every USAIGC sanctioned competition and event. The USAIGC insurance (medical and liability) covers all participants’, coaches, officials and spectators. 2. An individual athlete web page will automatically be created by Gymnasticstats.com per season from all USAIGC sanctioned competitions the athlete competes in providing the Meet Director uploads the scores.


USAIGC Participant Accident Insurance
Life Insurance Company of North America (CIGNA) #70006 This insurance policy is meant to be Excess Medical coverage, over and above a participant's own Health Insurance coverage. However, if there is no Health Insurance, this policy becomes primary for all registered and enrolled participants, coaches, managers, trainers, staff, volunteer workers and officials involved in a sponsored and supervised USAIGC competition or event.

Total Maximum for all Accident Medical Expense Benefits $25,000
First covered expenses must be incurred within 26 weeks after the covered accident.
Benefit period is 365 days from the date of the covered accident.
Deductible per accident: $100.00

Life Insurance of North America (CIGNA) #MCR10007-1510
Catastrophic Participant Accident / Medical Coverage total Maximum for All Accident Medical Expense Benefits: $1,000,000.00
First covered expenses must be incurred with 26 weeks after a covered accident.
Lifetime benefit period if the deductible is satisfied with 2 years from the date of the accident. deductible: $25,000.00 - must be satisfied within 730 days from date of covered accident.
This accident and catastrophic accident policies provide "No-Fault" medical coverage. No negligence must be determined for this coverage.
