USAIGC/IAIGC Technical Director Mary Bakke. Paul Spadaro, President USAIGC/IAIGC.
The USAIGC/IAIGC strongly believes in a partnership between our USAIGC Coaches and USAIGC Officials. Conducting Free Rule & Policy Clinics with both groups together provides a better understanding of our Rules and Policies as well a positive effect on the consistency of scoring. It is our Officials job to judge each gymnast performance based on skill requirements and execution. Inflated Scores hurt the overall competitive program. All Attending Officials are placed on our USAIGC/IAIGC Judging Pool. Officials MUST attend one free Coaching & Officials Clinic per competitive season in order to judge a sanctioned Competition anywhere in the USA or Internationally.
