Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the official to fully understand the USAIGC compensation package and ALL USAIGC Rules & Policies.

Requirements To Judge USAIGC Compensation
Officials must have a current optional rating for the level(s) they are hired to judge. The USAIGC has no professional membership requirements for judging USAIGC sanctioned competitions. The USAIGC EXPECTS each official to fully understand the USAIGC Rules & Policies. Any questions please e-mail Mary Bakke-Spadaro M143BNY@aol.com

USAIGC Hiring Policies
USAIGC Club Event Directors may call officials directly for their availability and employment.
They may use the procedures set-up by their State Director with membership approval.
they may work with an Official in hiring other Officials for their competition.

Local Competitions - One Judge Panel
$125.00 per session
40 - 64 Gymnasts per session for Bronze & Silver
44 - 56 Gymnasts per session for Gold, Platinum & Premier
Our Competition Goal is no session longer than 2 hours and 45 minutes (competition time)

Travel - No mileage fee BUT all out of pocket expenses (gas, tolls, parking, etc,)  Car Pooling is required whenever possible. All air travel, room accommodations will be paid by the host club.
Per Diem
One session no meals, two sessions one meal, three sessions two meals, etc.  If food is not provided the Officials will go out to eat and present their receipt upon their to the host club (including 15% tip) for re-imbursement.

State & Regional Championships - Two Judge Panel
$100.00 per session
40 - 64 Gymnasts per session for Bronze & Silver
44 - 56 Gymnasts per session for Gold, Platinum & Premier

No Head Judge Fees or any other fees than those delineated.

This compensation package puts the money in the judging time and takes care of out-of-pocket expenses for the officials.

National Championship
Compensation is based on a per session fee. The USAIGC will provide all necessary meals each day as determined by the USAIGC, double occupancy rooms (room & taxes only) will be provided for, all transportation costs, transfers, parking, gas & tolls are the responsibility of the USAIGC. Officials are invited to all USAIGC functions free of charge.

Uniform
Any combination of red, white & blue
Local, State & Regional Championships: Navy Blue Suit with a white blouse or Navy blue skirt with a white blouse. Dress Professional.

USAIGC Accident Insurance
Excess Medical coverage, over and above a participant's own Health Insurance coverage. However, if there is no Health Insurance, this policy becomes primary for all registered and enrolled participants, coaches, managers, trainers, staff, volunteer workers and officials involved in a sponsored and supervised USAIGC competition or event. Deductible per accident: $250.00

Catastrophic Participant Accident / Medical Coverage.
Catastrophic Participant Accident / Medical Coverage Total Maximum for All Accident Medical Expense Benefits: $1,000,000.00 Deductible: $25,000.00 - must be satisfied within 730 days from date of covered accident. This accident and catastrophic accident policies provide "No-Fault" medical coverage. No negligence must be determined for this coverage.

Sports General Liability
Coaches, managers, trainers, staff, volunteer workers and officials involved in a sponsored and supervised USAIGC competition or event. Aggregate Limit of Liability $2,000,000.00 Each occurrence limit $1,000,000.00
Damage to premises rented to you $100,000.00 Premises Medical Expense Limit $5,000.00
