The technical rules of the new USAIGC are membership driven and based on our competitive goals and objectives which we have defined. The levels, requirements and scoring criteria are a joint effort between the new USAIGC leadership and its members; our competitive philosophy is reflected in the construction of our College Bound Competitive Program. It is an on-going project and one that is critiqued on a yearly basis by our membership.

The new USAIGC and its members that believe execution of performance and creativity (freedom from way to many rules) and artistic value are the most important aspect of our sport. Our scoring philosophy is based on this belief.

The new USAIGC's College Bound Program by design, will take our sport in a new direction.
